We are maintaining full confidentiality while dealing with personal data of visitors and subscribers. We adapt strict measures to protect the personal information of the clients which is provided for the use of Skyleo Travels only. Sharing of Personal Information : We know the importance of data and implication involved in the misuse of the data and hence utmost care is taken to maintain the privacy of the information. Certain information like name of an individual, company name, address, telephone no, e-mail address are only for our records purpose which are used later in the processing of the order, communicating with customers & sub merchants regarding the transaction and about the new products.
Purpose and Procurement of Information : In our Policy the purpose of procurement of personal information is very clear. During the course of conducting our business we collect information from our customers, representatives, partners, suppliers and other business associates to be used only for the purpose of providing quality services, better coordination, and proper communication with all the business concerned, accounting and financial obligation and improvement in the marketing strategy. Personal data may also be used internally for research, analysis and auditing. We procure only those data which helps to establish the identity of the clients. We do not collect or intend to collect any special categories of personal data which reveals your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Non Personal Data : Non-personal data is data that is abstracted indirectly from other sources and do not reveals any shorts of identity of the clients. For example data collected about the customer activities on various travel portals only gives an aggregate idea of liking and disliking of the clients and hence such data are used in research, analysis and to launch, improve and monitor various products and services.

Through the exchange of business Cards during business meeting, exhibitions & events & sales call.
During Inquiry through website, email, phone call, and use of instant messaging like SMS, WhatsApp etc.
Through subscription to receive our newsletter, marketing & promotion emailers, corporate updates, product & service updates & advisories.
Through business contracts with overseas representative, partner, other suppliers or even from the clients.
Through social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Website Cookies.
Security of Data : Skyleo Travels is highly concerned with the security measures to maintain the data privacy & confidentiality. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security to your data. We maintains physical, technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or access, whether it is processed in your local jurisdiction, the United States, or elsewhere. Any credit/debit card details will be destroyed once payment is made. We will never share your private details with anyone else, unless as specified above to facilitate your booking. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Related Person data / Minor Policy : As per our policy anybody below the age of 18 is considered as minor and such person is not entitle to share any information with us without the consent of his/her parents. If such things come to our notice, we immediately contact their parents and remove such data from our server. However, if adults provide us with Personal Data about members of their family or dependents or any other beneficiaries for booking & consent on behalf of minor, emergency contacts etc, it is their responsibility to inform them of their rights with respect to such information.
Sharing of Personal Data : The personal data of a client will be disclosed only to those limited number of individuals within the organization who need to access your data to perform a relevant task. The task can be of multiple nature like marketing, sales, contracting, reservations, human resources, legal, finance, regulatory and compliance, accounting, compensation and benefit etc. Skyleo Travels may also disclose your personal data to third parties providing information processing, extending credit technology and other technical and non technical support in order to fulfill its business need and legal obligations. The personal data collected is primarily used and passed on to third parties where it is necessary to process your booking, enquiry or participation. These companies are obligated to protect the personal data of the client.
Transfer of Data : Due to the nature of our business we are often in deal with companies and other recipients which may be located in the countries where the data protection norms is not equivalent to your own home country. If you are providing information from outside India, please rest assured that the data we receive, including Personal Data is secured in and treated as per our privacy policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Links : Our Service may contain links to other sites which are not controlled by us. If you click on any third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site which may or may not have secured privacy policy like us. This will continue as long as you wish to get the marketing materials and it will be stopped, the moment you decide to discontinue. Data Holding : Skyleo Travels will hold the personal data of the clients as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. This can be for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, reporting requirements, to carry out legal work, for the establishment or defence of legal claims. This period may extend beyond the end of your contract with us and will continue till all the necessary and sufficient information to respond to any issues that may arise later in the future. We may also need to retain certain information in exceptional circumstances so as to prevent fraudulent activity, to protect ourselves against liability, permit us to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that we may sustain. All the data are retained in good faith keeping in view that a law, rule or guidelines may require them.
Your Data Your Rights : In our Privacy Policy, we respect your right to claims for your personal data under the certain guidelines which are as below.
You may exercise any of the above mentioned rights by sending a request to skyleotravels@gmail.com You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights) if it is legitimate and reasonable. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. We also have right to refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. We try to respond to all the relevant and legitimate requests within certain period of time but this can be extended if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. Bookings : Once the tour of your choice is confirmed and you have signed an agreement or booking form or deposit advance payment, your booking with Skyleo Travels will stand confirmed. All the contracts exist between you and Skyleo Travels. You are requested to go through all the terms and conditions before confirming the tour.
Rates : Utmost care will be taken to ensure that rates and information provided in the tour offer and programme is correct. However, there could be amendments related to, airline schedule changes, airline and ship fuel surcharges, tax increases and increase in other operational costs. The Company cannot be held responsible for changes that occur outside its control and reserves the right to increase the price of any travel arrangement up to the date of departure. All rates for our tours are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise requested or stated.
Payment (On line Payment) : Once all the services are confirmed, an invoice of the confirmed amount will be sent. All payments can be made to Skyleo Travels by cash, Credit card or electronic money transfer. At the time of confirmation of tour, an amount equal to advance deposits that need to be paid by the Company to other service providers to secure bookings (e.g. air and train tickets, some hotels which may require full advance payment at the time of reservations) + 25% of the balance amount.
Balance Amount : For a group of 08 or more pax, the outstanding balance payment to be settled 06 weeks prior to the commencement of tour while for FITs this duration is 04 weeks prior to date of commencement of the tour. For bookings which are made within 30 days from the date of the tour, full amount will become immediately payable.
Online Credit Card :
· We shall send you an online invoice with a LINK for you to access the payment gateway. You need to fill the necessary details and submit it. Once payment is done take print out or screenshot and save it for your reference.
· Online Credit Card payments attract bank transaction charge in between 2.5 % to 3.5 % of invoice value. This will be added to your invoice cost.
· would require a copy of card holders (a) front page of passport (b) front side of credit card.
Wire Transfer :
· You may remit payment to our Punjab National Bank Account.
· Wire Transfer payments attract bank charges. Please instruct your bank that you will bear bank charge of sending and receiving bank, to ensure that payment received by us is same as in the invoice. It takes 4 -7 working days for international payments to clear. Remittance is deemed received only when it appears in our bank records.
Important Notes :
· You are being billed on the explicit understanding that you will not claim refund form the credit card company for services utilized or consumed.
· We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons). Customer should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier for the reasons for any denial of payment.
· If you cancel any services, cancellation fees may/will apply as per cancellation policy and refunds can be made only to the credit card / payment gateway from which payment was received. We will not be liable for any difference in refund amounts due to exchange rate differences.
· Our online payment service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you make an online payment, you will be requested to provide your personal contact details so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your transaction. This personal information will not be used for any other purpose.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY :
If any client or group members wants to cancel the tour due to any unfortunate reason , the client may be liable to pay cancellation charges. The cancellation charges will depend on the timing of cancellation with respect to the tour start date as summarized below:

*Non refundable deposit includes all payments demanded by hotels and other suppliers. Amount of deposit will be determined as per payment guidelines of hotels and other suppliers.
** Above mentioned cancellation charges will be superseded by hotel’s or other supplier’s cancellation terms, as applicable.
* All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking and are effective on the day we receive it.
Cancellation Policy for Domestic Air Sector :
Cancellation charges are dependent on the airlines cancellation policy, which is subject to change with or without notice.
Special Note : In the event such as internal conflict, war, government intervention, withdrawal of traffic due to any natural calamity, pandemic, endemic or anything that is beyond our control, above cancellation policy will not apply. It is the sole discretion of the company to take necessary action and decision keeping in mind the welfare of all participants.
Amendments : It is occasionally necessary for us to make changes to advertised products and services and we reserve the right to make such changes. In exceptional circumstances we may have to modify your holiday after booking. If the change is minor we will do our best to notify you in advance but are not obliged to do so and no compensation is payable. If the change is material (for example, a change of flight time by more than 12 hours, change of destination or to a lower standard accommodation), we will notify you as soon as practically possible and offer you the choice of accepting alternative arrangements or arranging an alternative holiday or Canceling your holiday.
On the other hand, once the tour is confirmed and invoice is issued, if you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY :
· The Company acts in the capacity of an agent for carriers, hotels, boarding or lodging houses, restaurants, transport operators, railways, cruises and other service providers. The Company is not liable for any alteration or change of any kind made by any service provider at any time. Though we take all reasonable steps in ensuring that certain standard is maintained and services being provided are acceptable, the client will have to take care of any increase in charges or amendments made by service providers.
· The Company does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts of omissions, default or misrepresentation, whether due to negligence or otherwise, made by service providers or other third parties. We do not accept liability in contract for any accident, injury, death, damage, loss, delay, disappointment, stress, frustration, loss of employment, loss of holiday time, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable even after our reasonable efforts like war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
· The Company is not liable for cancellations of journeys, deviations, delays or the failure to provide seats or berths or accommodation or any tangible or intangible services, if they are not owned by or responsibility of our principal service provider like airlines / train / hotels etc.
· The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, of any kind to the client or to any other person during the tour.
· The Company is not responsible for theft/ loss/ damage/distortion of clients’ valuables or items of personal property.
· The Company is not responsible under any circumstance in case of death or illness or injury of the client.
· The photographs or videos appearing in our brochures, website and your tour itinerary are representational / symbolic only and we do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as depicted at the location upon arrival.
· The client will not be entitled to get any refund if the client fails to follow the instructions and guidelines of the Company or its representatives. We reserve the right to alter or cancel any services you have purchased and therefore inclusions may vary depending on weather, service provider’s arrangements, other uncertainties are subject to change. If we are unable to provide a service comparable to that described in your tour itinerary and contract, we will refund you the difference between the cost of the described service and the substituted service.
· The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
GOVERNING RULE : Our tour proposal and other terms and conditions as mentioned and the subsequent acceptance of FTO/ FTA by completion of the registration / booking form or via an acceptance through email creates a binding agreement between the company (Skyleo Travels) and the FTO / FTA, subject to the law applicable in the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
COMPLAINTS : We try our level best to give our clients who have taken any of our holidays, an enjoyable and hassle free holiday but sometimes plans do not go as per desire. Should you have any issue, please feel free to convey our operational team or concerned manager at Skyleo Travel sat the very same time who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. However if you are not satisfied with the solution then you must notify the company within three weeks from the date of tour ending. The timely information will help us in proper investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and Skyleo Travel sshall be governed by Jurisdiction of India.
EARLY CHECK- IN / LATE CHECK- OUT : Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in all good hotels are 1200 Hrs. (IST). The cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout with the hotels but the same cannot be guaranteed as it is hotel’s discretion and also depends upon the availability of the rooms.
EXTRA USES OF OUR VEHICLE : Please note that costs of the tour are decided according to the normal routing and visits as mentioned in the programme. In the event of clients using transport services beyond the permissible limit and wish to make extra visits or go beyond the city limit or even use the vehicle well after sunset, there will be extra charges.
HOTEL & AIRLINE :Skyleo Travels acts as an agent for hotels and airlines and our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with hotels and airlines. Hotel prices are based on the meal plans and are subject to change till the point of issue of confirmed vouchers in lieu of receipt of payment by the company. Airline fares remain subject to change till the point of issue of ticket in lieu of receipt of payment. Hotels / airlines retain the right to modify tariff / rates or terms and conditions at any time at their discretion. We will not be liable for any such changes made by the hotels / airlines.
MEALS : The clients will be provided meals as per the tour itinerary and offer. We however hold the right to alter / change the predetermined venue due to some unavoidable reason. Needless to say that all the attempts will be made to match the standard and expectation of the clients.
TRANSFERS SIGHTSEEING TOURS & EXCURSIONS :
· Transfer services from hotel to airport or railway station and vice versa include the services of transport and the assistance of our representative who will assist and brief the clients in the check-in/check-out.
· Sightseeing tours and excursions include transport and services of local guides. We have a team of good professional guides of English and other foreign languages. Guides of other foreign languages are limited in number at some smaller and off beat destinations and hence prior information is advisable to allow us to reserve the services of the desired language guide. We cannot be held liable, in the event that a desired language guide is not found at certain destinations.
· Clients can also avail the services of tour escort (accompanying guide) of both English and other foreign languages. The services of accompanying guide will be available from arrival in India till departure from India. They will be with the clients throughout the tours and may or may not be staying in the same hotels.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE : Request for special attention to any differently able travellers must be reported to us at the time of the reservation. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of such travellers, but we are not responsible in case we are unable to do so, nor are we responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants or other independent suppliers. Whereas most of the transportation services, including motor coaches and other vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair ramps, almost all the good hotels and UNESCO monuments are equipped with wheelchair ramps. We recommend a qualified and physically able companion to accompany such travelers to look after their personal needs.
VALIDITY : The agreement that comes into force from the date of signing by both parties shall remain valid until further notice or amendments are issued by the Company, in writing. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving the other party 4 months notice in writing, through email or other mode of written communication. It has to be done by authorized and competent authority of the company.
